Yet Wah Chinese Cuisine offers more than three hundred authentic Chinese dishes from every part of China. Each dish is skillfully prepared by chefs personally trained by our founder Chef Hoon Sing Chan. His flavorful sauces have made his Mandarin Style cooking well known in San Francisco.

Chef Chan developed his cooking talents in tea houses and restaurants throughout China, Hong Kong, and San Francisco before opening the first Yet Wah Restaurant in 1969.

While Chef Chan's Mandarin Style Cuisine has grown in popularity from its beginnings in San Francisco over three decades ago, Yet Wah has now included excellent Dim Sum and Hong Kong Style cooking available 7 days a week.
